I thought it was the sweetest thing in the world. It's a diamond and i love it. Other people may say thats not a diamond but just because its not an actual diamond doesn't mean it isn't one. The ring your fiancee gave you, he gave it to you out of love. Why do so many women need to have these expensive rocks on their fingers anyway. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. Appreciate the ring as a token of his true love for you. Maybe his sister was just trying to spoil it for you, she should have never let you know something about your ring that you didn't know. Some people are just hateful sometimes. The next time your out with her and someone compliments you on your ring just say my mossanite just beautiful and you'll have people running home to there pc's to try and look up your beautiful stone. HOWEVER, I do find it disturbing that he did not mention it to you and let you believe that it was a diamond. I would bring it up to him, but hopefully in a way where he won't feel like it's a big confrontation. I don't think you need to feign ignorance since his sister let it slip, she may very well mention it to him if she realized she shouldn't have said. Plus you may have wanted it insured or something. I just don't think it's a great precedent for him to not be honest...even if he didn't say that it was a diamond, I think he had to know you'd have that impression.
