Question by Jessica: Moissanite vs. Diamond wedding rings?

My husband bought me a diamond engagement ring that was beautiful but very expensive for our budget. I told him that we should return it, get his money back and purchase a moissanite engagement ring. The price difference for the 1 ct. diamond vs. the 1 ct. moissanite ring was incredible. I actually like my ring that I have now much better. My question is: Does anyone have moissanite and still love it after time? I am afraid that my ring is going to loose it beauty…

A moissanite ring is not a diamond ring. It makes a statement by its size but it is still not a diamond. There’s an old saying I’m sure you’re familiar with – You only get what you pay for. In addition, think of this, when you die do you want your daughter to inherit your moissanite engagement ring or your diamond engagement ring.
